技能要求：

Project management
Resources and budget planning (internal & external) for project execution
Continuous monitoring and assessment of project progress using suitable indicators (Time, Costs, Quality, …)
Definition and execution of necessary measures to ensure target achievement
Risk planning and management within the project
Continuous communication and support of all stakeholders (production, product management, sales and customer for customer-specific products)
Support product management in creation of the roadmap and program plan of the product line
Initiate and manage new development projects, transfer and localization projects
Support product line related questions and problems from production, product management and other Turck stakeholders
Technical coordination of the departments in the problem solving process as well as in the day-to-day operational business
"Design to Cost", "Design for Manufacturing" and "Cost out" Projects
Preparation of calculations, offers and business plans
Further development of Turck's technology and product range
Continuous improvement of the organizational processes and development of quality and productivity enhancing standards

资质要求：

Bachelor or above equivalent in industrial engineering or similar
6+ years working experience as Project/Program Manager in R&D organization
Be master on product development, product creation process and product lifetime management
Very good English skill and presentation skill is needed
Good communication skills, motivated, pro-active, creative and the ability to lead a team in an international environment.
Technical background for Ethernet or RFID technology is preferred
Computer operating skills in MS Office, MS Project, Collaboration Software, Requirement Management Software (e.g. Polarion)
